About
Dennis Sekretarev is a trumpeter, composer and educator with an international background. Dennis studied at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, Temple University in Philadelphia and SUNY Purchase College in New York and received his Master’s degree in Music in 2012.
Since then he has been working with different music projects as a leader and as a sideman in Amsterdam, Berlin and Frankfurt Main.
Since 2010 he has been working regularly as a music educator as well.
In 2010 Dennis was the Working Stipend Jazz of the city of Frankfurt, a scholarship worth 10.000 Euro for his work as a jazz composer.
